While we ensure quality and reliability, each designer is responsible for their own shipping, returns, and order fulfillment.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

a. Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 5-7 business days of receiving the product, depending on the brand’s policy.

• As each designer on Menaport has their own return and exchange policy, buyers will be notified of the specific return process when placing an order.

• To inquire about a brand’s return policy before purchase, please contact us for more information.

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Items marked as final sale.

• Intimate wear and accessories due to hygiene reasons.

c. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed based on the individual designer’s return policy.

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after the return is processed.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by the designer or Menaport.
